Double Tooth blades have two teeth together followed by a flat space for efficient chip removal. They cut fast, leaving clean edges in wood and plastic.
Slow feed rate down! Relax! Let the blade do the cutting to minimize burning. Also, use a lube stick on the blade or clear shipping tape on the work-piece to inhibit scorching.
